COELIS

The team

AI-augmented, human-directed

COELIS runs with a team of specialised AI agents, each accountable for one domain. They are directed by domain expertise and a structured method.

Marco Scarfò

01Founder and CEO

Marco Scarfò

Multi-domain engineer and manager with over twelve years of experience across applied research, industrial innovation and asset management. He has worked on production process optimisation with predictive models in research, led R&D and innovation in manufacturing, and directed the asset management system of a utility. As CEO he holds the course of COELIS: where the company creates value, by what means it produces it and how it keeps it over time, deciding what is worth building, what to hand to the agents and what to leave alone.

Four directions, each with its own domain

The four get the work done on their own. The support agents below are the specialisations each of them covers, and they become dedicated agents when volume calls for it, not a missing piece.

Who decides, who manages, who executes

01

Decides

Human direction

What gets done and what does not, in what order and within which limits. Anything that commits money, a contract or a client stops here and waits for a signature.

Manages

Processes and domain directions

The decision becomes a written process: who does what, in what order, with which controls. The four directions govern their own domain and answer for what comes out of it.

Agents and automations

Repeatable work is carried by the agents, within the limits they were given: collect, draft, update, verify. Every action leaves a trace with a name on it.

The decisions stay yours: that is the part of the work that counts. The rest (collecting, filling in, updating, chasing) the agents carry. Let’s talk about what is worth keeping in your hands.
